MAIN STAGES OF FACTORY ASSEMBLY

The TMK company produces frame-and-panel houses on the German assembly line of the eminent Streif company.

The process cycle at the company starts with wood sorting and its industrial drying.

After chamfering, the secondary calibration and sorting, the sawn timber goes to the automatic woodworking centre Hundegger SPEED-CUT for the manufacture of rafter and carcass parts according to a pre-determined programme.

After cutting on the automatic line Anthon, cement-bonded particle boards are delivered to the assembly site.

The technological capabilities of the company allow producing panels up to 12 metres, to mount window and door blocks, to produce exterior wall finishing in the factory conditions

The company’s policy is aimed at continuous improvement of both structures and processes.
