Komak Plat was established in 2008, when the manufacturing company developed and established the technology of coating the cement-bonded particle boards with marble and granite crumb. As a suitable basis, TAMAK CBPBs were chosen.

The structure of Komak PLAT:

TAMAK CBPB produced in accordance with GOST 26816-86 (CBPB-1) has long established itself as a solid and environmentally friendly structural material.

KOMAK PLAT inherits all the properties of the TAMAK CBPB and demonstrates even greater weather resistance performance.

This material has triple protection and sufficient impact resistance. It is impregnated with a water-repellent agent on the entire surface and at full depth. The front side is covered with a layer of special epoxy resin plus a layer of natural stone (granite, marble, quartzite). It is simple, easily built, and most importantly fast all-the-year-round installation. Inexpensive frame or crate, wooden or metal profile for gypsum board. It does not require any high qualification (installers, workers and specialists). Given you have some skills in construction, self-installation is possible. The plate is well processed, cut and bored. The house facade set includes a repair kit for fixing the heads of screws (fasteners become invisible).

By using KOMAK PLAT, you do not need to spend time on finishing the facades like painting or plaster, facing with siding or decorative stone. You can enjoy all advantages of the dry year-round installation.

Decorative sutures with stone crumbs

According to the technology, in manufacturing the facade slab KOMAK, the thickness of the applied granite crumb layer is more than required by the standards, therefore the extra crumb can easily be separated during transportation and installation, which does not affect the coating quality.

The facade slab KOMAK-PLAT is made of natural raw materials. A layer of epoxy resin and stone crumbs performs the protective and decorative function.

Technological features of Komak Plat mounting:

Installation of Komak Plat plates: The plate is attached to a wall on a wooden or metal frame, which provides vertical ventilation between the wall and plate. Used are zinc-plated screws or stainless steel. Screws may not be screwed into the plate with effort. Mounting is performed 20 mm from the edge with an interval of 350 – 400 mm.

TAMAK CBPB has long established itself as an effective hydro- and wind insulation, bioprotection of building structures from the atmospheric effects. In the wood-framed low-rise housing construction, TAMAK CBPB gives the necessary rigidity to the frame, which makes it possible to build seismically active houses and areas with high wind loads. Komak Plat inherits all the properties of the TAMAK CBPB and provides better protection against atmospheric influences.
